· Prepare proposal according to clients’ needs
· Complete and follow through the whole insurance application process for clients, including any outstanding/pending issues until the policy is fully in force
· Follow up client’s request and provide quality after-sales services
· Work closely with business partners such as insurance companies and channels
· Formulate and execute marketing plans and promotions to achieve company’s business target (without sales pressure)
· Support ad-hoc works whenever required
职位要求:
· Degree holder with minimum 2 years relevant experience to insurance brokerage business
· Pass the IIQE Certificate Paper 1 and 3
· Extensive knowledge on insurance products and services, familiar with daily operation of insurance broker company
· Candidate with sales experience and client resources is highly preferred
· Good marketing skills and result oriented
· Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
· Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
· Ability to perform under pressure and adaptive to change
· Immediately available / short notice period candidates preferred
